Fueled by Digital is operated by Samantha Grace Zellers. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, + your rights.

Data We Collect

We keep it minimal:

• Email address is collected only with your explicit opt-in (via the signup form on fueledbydigital.com) + used for product updates + newsletters. Your email is stored in HubSpot, our CRM platform, + tagged with "fbd" as the signup source. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• No analytics or tracking. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels.

Email Delivery

Transactional + marketing emails are sent through Resend. Resend processes your email address to deliver messages on our behalf. See Resend's privacy policy.

Data Processing

Email signups are processed via Cloudflare Workers + stored in HubSpot CRM. See Cloudflare's privacy policy + HubSpot's privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Period.

Consent

By submitting your email through the signup form, you consent to receiving email communications from Fueled by Digital. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Fueled by Digital does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Data Deletion

Want your data removed? Email us + we'll take care of it within 48 hours.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
